Nature of this service

Greifbar is a private, non-commercial hobby project. It carries no advertising, sells no products or services, uses no affiliate programmes. The site is funded entirely by voluntary donations.

Liability for content

As a service provider I am responsible for my own content on these pages under § 7 (1) TMG and the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG I am not however obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances pointing to unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the moment a specific infringement of the law becomes known. If I become aware of any such infringements, I will remove the content concerned without delay.

Liability for links

This site contains links to external websites operated by third parties (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Google Search, HuggingFace, GitHub, PayPal). I have no influence over the content of those sites. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Permanent content monitoring without specific evidence of an infringement is not reasonable.

The underlying chord data comes from the Chordonomicon dataset (Kantarelis et al. 2024), licensed under CC-BY-NC-4.0. Track titles and artist names are sourced from public-domain datasets (see footer of the search page).

Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube are referenced only via plain search links. No content from those platforms is reproduced.
